Recently renovated from top to bottom, front to back, this 4 bed house in Swansea is now ready to make up to 9 guests feel right at home, whether you’re visiting for work or leisure.
You’re in for a relaxing time from the start to the finish of your stay when you choose to book here. That’s because there’s easy, off-road parking for you when you arrive, right outside the house. So you won’t have far to carry your bags and other belongings, which makes settling-in easy.
Once you’re inside, you’ll see your hosts have gone to great lengths to ensure every inch of the property is presented to the highest standards. One of the four bedrooms is first on your left as you enter, and features 1 double bed. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. All feature very comfortable beds with quality mattresses and bedding. Plus there’s space to store your belongings and smart TVs – handy if you like watching different things, or you’re staying with colleagues on a work trip and want to do your own thing.
Back downstairs is where you’ll find the open plan living room / kitchen / dining area, plus additional bathroom with shower. It’s the ideal space for everyone to gather to eat, relax, watch the home’s main smart TV, even get some work done if you’re visiting Swansea on business. The corner sofa is a comfy one, and there’s more seating at the kitchen table (ideal for sit down meals to celebrate a special occasion) – and the breakfast bar (a great place to gather for morning coffees and snacks at any time of day).
The kitchen is a new one, so it’s a real pleasure to cook in here. You’ll find all the appliances you’ll need to get food on the table on those occasions you decide not to eat out or get a delivery in. And it’s from here that you can access your private garden – a grassy area with seating that gives you a chance to escape to the great outdoors during your stay, perhaps to eat and drink together, or for some quiet me-time.
Last, but not least, the second bathroom. It’s upstairs along with 3 of the 4 bedrooms and features a bath tub with shower head over, along with a WC and wash basin. Your hosts will ensure there are towels and toiletries for all guests to use, so there’s no need to pack those.
