The kitchen is bright, modern and has everything you would expect in a new kitchen. You’ll find an integrated fridge, freezer, and washer dryer.
Equally as smart is the home’s bathroom, its bright white suite giving you somewhere modern in which to freshen up or wind down, depending on the time of day. When sleep calls, you’ll discover a double bedroom downstairs and one upstairs plus a further two bedrooms one with one single bed and one with two singles, an arrangement that really suits families, groups of friends or work colleagues.
When you book this property you will have access to the whole property during your stay and it will not be shared with anyone else.

Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house. No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.
Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM.

This is not luxury accommodation. Our properties are designed for people working and studying in the area, but that doesn’t mean you won’t like them too!
Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you’ll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay.
If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!

Covid 19: If you are unable to travel to stay because of a national or local lockdown you will receive a full refund. The refund applies to bookings made to which the travel restriction coincides with the period of your stay. The refund covers national and local lockdowns, but does NOT cover you (or members of your party) for being unable to travel because you (or a member of your party) fall ill with Covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance. There are a number of policies that include cover for illness with Covid and self-isolation and a lot of bank annual travel policies also cover this.
