Located in Port Tennant, which is just to the east of Swansea city centre. Staying here makes it easy for you to reach a whole host of local venues and attractions, some of which we’ve listed here:

Swansea city centre – just a short distance away are all the stores, bars, cafes and restaurants of the city centre, great for meeting, eating and browsing.

Also in the city centre is Swansea Grand Theatre, so if you’ve got tickets, you’ll be near if you stay here.

Swansea is close to the M4 motorway which stretches across Wales and England all the way to London. So we’re easy to reach by car, and with parking available, driving here is a popular option. But you can see the area using buses, or walk or cycle and take in the picturesque riverside scenery. Or you could always order a cab. The railway station isn’t far away either, and it’s from here that you can catch train services north to Manchester and east to London, as well as many other destinations.

There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.

Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM

Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you’ll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay.
If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!

The refund applies to bookings made to which the travel restriction coincides with the period of your stay. The refund covers national and local lockdowns, but does NOT cover you (or members of your party) for being unable to travel because you (or a member of your party) fall ill with Covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance. There are a number of policies that include cover for illness with Covid and self-isolation and a lot of bank annual travel policies also cover this.
