Charming Studio Apartment in Pontadawe, Swansea – Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway

Welcome to our delightful studio apartment located in the picturesque town of Pontadawe, just a short drive from Swansea.

Upon entering the building there is a large private car park which you are free to use. There is a key pad situated at the main entrance, once you’re in there is a flight of stairs. You will be greeted with 7 doors labelled 1-7 each with their own lock box outside. Inside the bedroom there is a large bed, with a smart TV with all apps listed. Each room has a kettle, microwave and mini fridge. We do also supply a small amount of tea, coffee and sugar sachets to make your first night with us as relaxing possible.

Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID via an online link and a valid phone number.

Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house to monitor arrivals. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.

Check-in time is 4 PM – 9 PM and please check out by 10AM.

Please note: You can access the property by using the lock box to collect your keys. Our check-in window ends at 9PM after this time there will be no one from customer service available to assist you. Please ensure you have collected your keys and checked in before 9PM.

The refund applies to bookings made to which the travel restriction coincides with the period of your stay. The refund covers national and local lockdowns, but does NOT cover you (or members of your party) for being unable to travel because you (or a member of your party) fall ill with Covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance. There are a number of policies that include cover for illness with Covid and self-isolation and a lot of bank annual travel policies also cover this.
